Well its been awhile since I have been on the forum. Last time I was on I was looking for a new tractor since then I bought a old used one. Now I wish I had gotten a new one. :(

Ok here we go I am in Upstate South Carolina round Greenville. I am looking to get a new tractor. I think I need at least a 35hp tractor. I want something that I dont feel like I am on a toy. I have a 18hp yanmar I just use the finishing mower with and I kind of feel like I am just a step above a riding lawnmower.

So does anyone know of any good deals out there around 15k I just need the tractor and loader I have everthing else for now. Any good financing I saw on Montana's site they are doing 60 mth 0% I am trying to find a local dealer of them now so I can check them out.

The place I get my oliver parts from has farmpro how are they I have read they are rebadged Jinma. From what I can find on the web I can buy a crated Jinma for half the price.

I can work on anything so that does concern me.

So what is the biggest bang for the buck out there now

Thanks
Brian

Welcome back to TBN :D! Your previous posts reveal that you have ~80A's, the land is fairly flat with one hill/wooded area, and that you have overgrown fields that need some serious rotary cutter work. It seems you are looking at the right range of tractors. Jay

There are a lot of used Kubotas out there in the forty horse range for that price with low hoursl

I know you don't want used so a L3400 is only a bit more.

You can pull a 5 foot rotory mower with the Jinma 254........ 24 PTO HP.

The Jinma is a lot of bang for the buck.

One of the main things that makes a Jinma a good tractor is what type of service has been done to it prior to being put to work.

Just because it is sold assembiled does not mean it has been properly serviced.

You need to way out the risk of buying a Jinma crate tractor.

I don't list everything but here is some of the things that I do to mine.

Jinma Dealer, Wood Chipper , Compact Jinma Tractors

Hi RanchHand

I wish your place was a little closer to me I would have to make the ride up to see a tractor from you. I see you take your time in the prep.

Thanks

Nice web marketing. Gets my vote. I wish all dealers were as meticulous as is your prep and service. What a way to make a salesperson successful, by virtue of having this aspect to boast.

I bought my Kub in Maryville, TN. They never even offered a look at their service area until I ask. Anyhoooo.... Looks good to me.

I was just over at McAbees of Gap Creek road yesterday, he quoted me a price of 17,000.00 for a L3400 HST w/FEL. I know thats more than your stated budget but maybe you can work it out some how.

Hi and Thanks ...... bkcook & crbr,

I think all new tractors need a good prep/service before the end user gets it and no doubt the Jinma needs it. After a Good prep they make a good low cost tractor with affordable replacement parts.

The extra time I take sure pays off for me ..... very low warranty claims [from a buisness stand point]. I have had very good luck with the ones I have sold.

There are sellers for kinds/types of tractor buyers. One thing for sure ..... you have choices in your tractor search.

bkcook, I wish you were closer to. I am on the South East Virginia State line [15 minutes away to NC]...........my Zip code 23322. Dont know the miles, would have to do the math??$$

bkcook,

there is a Montana dealer located in Salley,SC. he emailed me awhile back as i had a request on Tractorhouse.com and he had some great deals going on 49-57hp tractors, so I am sure he would have the same for the 35hp range as well. I can not remember the name of the dealership for the life of me, but i do remember him being a Montana dealer and in Salley, SC.
