I saw this post and had to laugh /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif. I was out at my niece's house this past summer which is in a developed community of about 50 homes. Anyway, I was shocked when I glanced out the window and saw the next door neighbor's wife cutting the backyard lawn with a push mower totally topless /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif. I asked my nephew, what's up with that? He just looked at me and laughed and said "Oh she does that all the time". It just struck me funny that no one had ever called the police to complain but he indicated that she usually cuts the lawn topless and he never saw the cops come to her house.

I have to suspect that the cops would only be called if her appearance topless would be considered "offensive" . There are neighbors i'd like to see topless, and there are neighbors i most definitely would not want to see topless !!
