Need some help with a PTO shaft cover

I bought a King Kutter tiller and the cover that goes over the PTO shaft on the tiller end is off. I have the white plastic clip that goes over the shaft that holds the cover on, but I need to take the cover apart. You can see that it comes apart into 2 pieces, but I cannot figure out how to do it. If you look at the second picture, you can see towards the bottom of the cover that there is a hole with a black plastic thing in there. I can put a screw driver in it and turn it but am not sure if that has anything to do with splitting the two. Any help please?

I finally figured it out. The two pieces on the end do not come off, they have to rotate. This link helped me out. I figured I would post it just in case someone else has this same issue.
