Hi all, I need some help with a recently purchased sprayer. It started out as a good deal and has quickly gone downhill. I filled the original tank up with water and as I was pulling it out to my land, the side of the tank busted open. Good news is that my neighbor won't need to water anytime soon. Bad news is that I had to buy a new tank. Ok, here is where I need someone's help. The new tank I bought has one outlet pipe on it. The other had two. I am using a delevan pto pump. Is this going to be an issue? I am a little confused as why there was two pipes on the original as the hoses were all disconnected when I picked it up. Any help is appreciated.

For a spray tank you really only need the following:

1. Sump for the product to be pulled into the pump.
2. Vent to allow air in as product leaves.
3. Bypass or agitation to relieve pressure that is not needed to maintain a rate for a given speed.

If for some reason the sump is not large enough to allow adequate flow to the pump, there may be a need to use two sump valves to get the required flow.
