Price Check Need Some quick feedback on B/BX price

Thanks for all the feedback from everyone. I am in the process of finalizing my actions and will post a new thread detailing the whole path when all done. I checked out the tractors in the original post and of the two, I made a provisional offer on the BX22 package of 11,500 on Sunday. It was well maintained and I thought it was a fair price. The owner was out of town until tonight, Tuesday, and I wanted till tonight to mull it over. On Monday, I made contact with Barlow's on a BX23 and in condition, hours, and price, what they had was a no brainer and told the owner of the BX22 tonight. Should finalize details tomorrow with Barlow's and have it in a few days. I will follow up with all details as a general FYI.

I've found it seems Barlows is hard to beat.
