Lol a sharpie and a piece of scrap wood.
I don't carry my cell phone while out working the property, afraid I would loose it or break it. Not only that but if it rang I would feel the need to answer it.How about calling your own cell phone and leave your self a message.![]()
That's all well and good but another thing I commonly do is make a list to take to the store and then forget to take the list.:laughing:I have a pad of the 3 x 5 Post Notes. Works great.
I start the list, pull the top sheet off and stick to the refrigerator or door of the shop, I keep adding until it is time to go.
Then at the store, I actually pull the list out and stick to the handle of the shopping cart (when I just used regular paper, I often forgot to look at it in the store:laughing.
This reminds me of the guy who was telling his friend about the memory class he went to and how to associate things with memory. His friend asked him and the name of the class and he says, what's that red flower with the thorns called. Friend says "Rose?" Guy says yeah Rose, then says to his wife, hey Rose what was the name of that class we went to.
Kinda reminds me of myself.
I have an app for my phone called "Out of Milk" it lets me use voice recognition to make a shopping list or gotta do list, etc. I use the free one, but it seems to work just fine.
Freud would say you don't like Turkey.
My son gave me his old Iphone4. I have found so many uses for it in the month I have had it. I cannot figure out how I got along without it all these years.
Using Voice Memos has been the biggest help. No more written list. That I cannot read my writing.
That is very good.I tried leaving voice messages to myself on my phone but found out I couldn't understand my accent.![]()
