The ditch problem is about ready to be solved. Was moving a few items to the new place and saw a sigh on the side of the road that said "Tractor Work". I called the guy and have it set up for next week. He is going to cut the ditches, level and crown the drive plus cultivate and level my future model flying field. All for $350.00 which is real close to the estimates in this thread..

Thanks guys, I am sure I will be back with more questions as I get farther into getting moved and getting the place set up like we envision ...
