Welcome to TBN. 
I have a BobCat CT230 for sale. It is a 2009, 30 HP tractor. (I know you were looking for 40-80, but if you are looking for a compact tractor with plenty of power, this is it.) It has a front end loader, 6 foot backhoe, pull behind PTO finish mower, and a box scraper. In addition, I am including the 16 foot heavy duty trailer. Asking $22,000 for all. The tractor has been used less than 100 hours. The reason for selling is that it is no longer needed.
