Need Value Opinion: B2100HD with LA 301

I own a B2100HD Serial #73593 with a LA 301 Front End Loader. It looks identical to a B7500. Good condition with around 1,200 Hours. Good tread on tires. I want to sell this but have no idea what price to start. Located in Portage, Michigan.

Look at Tractorhouse for comparison but if it’s just the tractor and end loader I’d say 5k. Total guess on my part.
