I have been able to cross reference my filters on my YTO to Baldwin filters sold at Parts For Trucks, for example my Fuel Filter CX0708 is a Baldwin BF7608 and engine oil JX0818 is a Baldwin B236.
NEEDED: Feul and oil filter cross reference for a foton 254 with KM385 25HP engine

Not a fountain, but just an old mechanic who work for a City that have what you can think of engine powered equipment.
As for air filter I just find recently something that fit with only a minor modification. On my tractor the air filter canister is a Baldwind and I could not a filter replacement here . But at Napa they find by measuring the OEM element a filter Napa 6279 and the guy tell me it is made by Wix and their no. is 546279. The new filter have a softer rubber seal that can seal better.
As for the mod it was simple, I made a washer of thin aluminum the diameter of the filter and a old bearing cup to center the filter in the bottom opening than glued all this with red silicone in the canister.
