I read the first twelve pages without a good resolution. I give up.

It sounds like the decades long feud is well beyond just starting. Is he significantly older than you? You may get lucky and outlive him. That was my experience with my difficult neighbor.

A friend had a dispute with a neighbor who kept planting his mailbox in the exact center of his drive way. It was a full time resident vs. one weekend a month owner. Everything negative that happened the other was to blame. Well pump burned up. Neighbors fault. Deer hunter put a bullet through the tractor engine block. Friend did it.

It really wasn't fun.

No...I am a few yrs. older. Thats why we put up 1,200' of 4' goat fence !
