Cookecity,
These Nellie-belle tractors appears to be renamed Agricats with the new style hoods. If they are you can find out a lot of information at http://members.home.net/chinadepot1/tractorindex.html
Agricats are imported from China and they appear to be the best of the Chinese tractors. The assembly and distribution point is AGRACAT Farmington, AR (501) 267-5948.
I know the people the owned the Agricat depot. They are very good people. Feel free to give them a call. I’m sure that they can answer most if not all of your questions.
The fit and finish is not very good, but the Chinese engineer that came over when they opened said that they had spent the money on the mechanics not on the body. I talked to they about parts. They have a very good inventory and have ordered parts from China and received them in a week or less.

Interesting. Looking at the url provided by Cookecity, the blue tractors brought to mind the name Rhino (Chinese made). The green tractors with the yellow wheels brought to mind the word lawsuit/w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif. I once spoke to a large multi brand dealer who sold Rhino heavy equipment. He said that they had looked at Rhino tractors, and thought they were "a bit rough around the edges". I've never heard of these Agricats, and the the url doesn't seem to work. So I end up with more questions. Do the Chinese really make more than one brand of tractor? Could all these be different names for the same tractor? It seems to me, this is an odd way for the Chinese to enter the American market. Anyone else have any thoughts?

The website I just gave answers the Sky King airplane question. It was a Cessna 310B.

Far afield from tractors we roam.

Ernie, maybe we're not so far afield. I just looked at the picture of the Nellybelle again and noticed that she had, yes indeedy, a ROPS.

Glenn, looks more like a center rib for a soft top to me. With a windshield up on it, then it would work just right for a short soft top. (IMHO)

They are Jinma (JM)tractors with a different name on it. They are just like the Agracat, Taskmaster Tomcat, and the Nortrac. Good tractors for the price.
