I started with Netscape years ago, but haven't had it loaded for a long, long time. I've used Opera for several years now and really like it. It is far faster than either IE or Netscape, and unlike IE, the back button is usually instantaneous.
I second the vote for Opera. It's all I use these days. You can have it lie and say it's Exploder or Netscape for those old-fashioned sites that require this. The only site I have any problem with Opera these days is this one, oddly enough. And it's a minor problem. You hit "Continue" to post a message, and it comes back with a message about all fields not being filled in. Then you just use the "back" button, and try again. It rarely takes more than two tries to get it to take. Dunno why it does this, but the benefits of Opera outweigh this small inconvenience, in my mind. The new M2 mail and news client built in seems pretty cool, too.. although this is a beta and not completely debugged yet.
This baby is fast! They've really done some serious work on the core of it, and it shows.
