Sorry, but unless someone wants to argue that they are simply informing us of the current calendar year, that format/presentation claims the tractor to be a 2007 model. IMO that is way beyond not forthcoming.

Yep, missed the part where it said "YEAR: 2007". That's kind of dumb.

I agree. I think the "dumb" part applies to most of the advertising we see from that part of the market. What that page clearly says is that it is a used 2007 model tractor. The whole nonsense of zero hour meters is where this started, and enough of the buying public let's those sellers get away with it that they see the profit in perpetuating that claim.

Those sellers know those tractors are not 2007 models. Why would anyone trust anything else such people told them?

This is why we dont sell parts to for the vietnam reconditioned tractors.
half the time the correct parts wont fit , so we stopped selling to them.

We had a dealer close by that told all his customers to go to our place for parts that we had anything they needed We put an end to that real quick

I wonder why yanmars attorney doesnt pay them a little visit like they did us. If anybody gives yanmar a black eye its this pack of lies from totally reconditioned --2007 ect...

Im sick of the whole mess, it makes the rest of the good importers look like they sell junk too.

I don't think they really know what they are selling. They state that their tractors are better than "as is" tractors from Japan or US reconditioned tractors. The calls I receive for parts disapproves that theory. The most expensive calls are usually on the Asian "reconditioned" tractors. These outfits statements make my blood boil.

I wish I could find TractorCo's (Seattle) photos of their open-air VN rebuild factory that used to be on their site - the set that included the same photo of Brother Doug that appears on the website of Vina Tractor (VN Tractors Company) of Mesquite, Texas.

Hmmm.... I think we just came full circle. I wonder if TractorCo.com of Mesquite, Texas knows about Vina Tractor (VN Tractors Company) of Mesquite, Texas?



I also noticed they offer financing with different interest rates depending on the year:

Maybe someone can ask them if the '2007 YANMAR YM 2610d' qualifies as new with their finance company. And if the finance company considers it just an old tractor, why shouldn't we.

Just to look I went to vina tractor company web site the backhoes are the same as the ones tractor co web site. Maybe they do know of each other. I hate to assume, but it is a suspsious coinsidence that same small town same backhoe same reconditioned tractors.

Does the other site also show Bradco hoes? Seems to me if one orders one from their site expecting it to be a Bradco and it isn't, you'd be mighty upset.
