Dealer finally got in my 200cx loader and ballast box for the 2305. They picked it up today at 10:30 and dropped it back off about 4:30. My co-worker who also lives right down the road was very kind to let me try it out on moving his big pile of dirt after his new pool was put in.

First thing I did was fill up the ballast box with the extra 2ton of sand they delivered. Then went to work moving the pile of dirt to a low spot in the yard. After that was complete went back and moved the rest of the dirt to the back of the property so its not such an eyesore.

Things I learned: Take the mower deck off then it wont be in the way when leveling. Ballast box is heavy with sand in it. This thing can lift a lot of dirt and move it so easy I love it. I told him if I get my new KK tiller going I would come down and till the 2 areas where the dirt was added and removed from to help them take seed easier. I was very thankfull for finally getting the dirt out of there and I was very thankfull to get some much needed play time.

Those 200cx loaders won't take enormous bites but with a little patience you can really move a HUGE amounts of material. I really love mine.

If I may ask..... what was the final price on the 200 cx ? Which bucket did you select ? Should be perfect combination for yard work.

I paid $3k even for mine installed same day I called the dealer, if anyone has the inclination to add a fel to a 2305 I will attest it is definately worth having.

I paid $2420 with ballast box and 53" bucket in my package deal. Dealer told me he orders all of his with the 53" bucket that way you can cover your tracks. I am very glad I got the ballast box and the free sand to go along with it.

wow, thanks for making me feel slighted! good price, I didn't bother to haggle the price as I needed it and needed it right away. I also have the 53" bucket and am considering a 49" with teeth so I just swap buckets instead of fighting teeth on and off the bucket all the time.

With a good toothbar, there is no "fighting teeth on and off" Just two bolts and the bar comes right off...
