New 2538 wont start

I took a video of the problem and sent it to the dealer. They are sending someone out first of next week to take a look at it. I turned it left for the glow plugs for 10 sec, the cranked it for 25 seconds on three different occasions within 20 mins and it will not start.

Ill keep everyone posted on what happens

so your turning the key to the right and letting it runt he cycle until the coil light goes off right?

That actually sounds like the same sort of issue they had with the 35 series a few years back. A bad batch of fuel lines was allowing air into the fuel system. They wouldn't leak fuel out, but would draw air in. At high RPMs some would act like they were not getting enough fuel, but the more common issue is they would allow the fuel to drain back into the tank when it was left setting. This would cause issues much like you are describing, 'no-start' without lots of cranking to get fuel drawn from the tank.

Yup sounds like fuel lines. See if your model has a recall.
