New 3130

My new L3130 has arrived! Put 4 hrs on it yesterday moving some brush piles and planting oats.

That sure is an awesome looking machine with the Grapple and toothbar. Don't get all the work done too quick or you won't have anything to do.....Thanks for the pic..........

I am not sure who makes the toothbar. Had the dealer throw it in plus loading the tires to seal the deal. I believe he said they ordered it from Michigan.

Here it is moving some brush. I am still learning how to use the loader and grapple. After a while I was able to pick up bigger loads once I had the technique. The grapple is very powerful and will break cedars easily if I clamp down hard. I need to still work on using the looader to dig. Haven't got the hang of that yet.

Your grapple looks like the ATI 4866 that I have on my L3130. It is a great tool for brush work.

You are correct. It is the ATI grapple. Here is a shot of my John Deere offset disk and seed spreader special. We added the spreader that is for an ATV. It works well. Turn on the lights and it starts spinning. The 3pt arms on the 3130 are longer than the 2350 I used to have so I will have to modify the dump handle but it still works. The JD disk was bought from auction. I haven't seen another like it. We added about 250lbs of weight so it will cut deeper (sectioned telephone pole plus some steel plate).
