New 3320 300cx Loader Question .....arBang/Pow

   / New 3320 300cx Loader Question .....arBang/Pow #11
Hello;

We have a 3320 with 300CX loaader.

First I don't recall seeing any springs on it. I'll take another look in a few minuets.

The tractor has 100 hrs and at least 50% has been loader work. Never heard any noise except for the bucket banging every now and again when I get a little wild.

Thanks, nicholas

Hello;

Yep, sho nuff. There are springs. I assume you refer to the one's coiled up in a circle near the top of the loader frame. Nope mine have never made a sound.
thanks, nicholas

Well it looks like others have already advised you that the "Parking Latch(es)" need to be adjusted. Each dealership may have different policies as to how the latches should be adjusted during PDI. I like to ask my customers how often they think they will be removing/installing the loader and adjust the Parking Latches accordingly. For someone who does not feel they will remove the loader very often (if at all) we tighten them up to the max at which time the latches will not move by hand at all.
