Today was the day for the 3510 to arrive. 2 1/2 hours seat time, actually only half counts, other half was hooking up chain to stumps and trees. Pulled several small to medium sized Cedar trees, several old stumps, and tried some fairly new ones. We'll have to attack them later with a chainsaw to see if they will split and then come out. After all this, the G'kids came over to survey the damage. (Its not a pretty sight yet), Eleven year old came over and said, "Papa I thought you bought a new toy", I replied yes , and?, "well", she said, "it looks more like a weapon of mass destruction".
Girls, what are we going to do with them? They don't seem to understand. Oh well this is more fodder for me to argue for a rear blade.
Branson 3510 did everything and more than I thought it would. It would have done a better job but the soil was too soft. The blade will help, especially when I add some barbell weights to it. 'Nuff for now, tractor muscles haven't been used for awhile and they need rest. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
