I would go for the Kubota with cab. I would also take my time and clear trails enough not to worry about the cab. Mowing, snowblowing, pollen, wasps and inclement weather would make the cab the better choice. My 4520 and 110tlb both have cabs and seldom does having these cabs cause me to pause out of concern. I don't drive my tractors through a bunch of saplings and low hanging branches anymore, as I have learned better. If I haven't learned anything else I have learned to work my way into the woods clearing a decent path for my equipment without damaging it.
Trading up with a tractor as new as yours is tough, just make sure you get something big enough this time. If it were me I would prefer the 4520 cab or 5740 cab as both of these have more clearance and enough size to get things done. Both the Deere and Kubota tractors have nice hydro transmissions which are great for getting around obstacles.
