new 3616 on the way

It's a great compact tractor. The 115 loader is an absolutely amazing workhorse. I moved snowbanks all day Sunday and ripped my dead plow truck out of my way by lifting the rear end onto solid ground. I would like a little more gross weight to match the capabilities of the Mitsubishi motor.

Be sure the rear tires are filled. It changes the feel and capabilities of the tractor substantially. Rim Guard on a 3616 with R4 tires adds over 800 lbs.

The dealer filled the tires and I put chains on Sunday. My father has 500 hours on his 3535 and has a great feel for traction. I have a long way to go to match his skill set.

We bought about 75-80 of the remaining 3016/3616 series last fall because we like those Mitsubishi models so well and they are Tier III.

Those should be Tier IV Interim, correct? Tier III was phased out in 2011.

I purchased my 3016 about a year ago because I knew that the tier IV was going to be more expensive. I have not regretted making my move.

i have 60 hrs on my 3616...used it to blow snow this past winter and it worked great...have a front mounted blower...great compact tractor...looked at Kabota, MF, Kioti...best deal and warranty...
