new 4410 owner - FEL uneven at height

I think you should check out the adjustable side frames where they attach to the front frame. There are two bolts to loosen and they are necessary adjustments made on initial set-up at the dealer (and unfortunately are adjustments that are sometimes skipped during setup). If one side is out of adjustment, then that side will be loose.
Bolt # 14 in the pic.

Good point, Beenthere...

I'd asked wango tango about how the FEL issue turned out (in another, unrelated thread). Turns out one part of the problem was inflation of the rear tires. The other, in his thoughts, might be wear in the loader mount.
But this adjustment you wrote about is definitely something to consider.
In fact, my loader (also a 430) is a bit loose on the left side. I had attributed it to more wear due to the hours (840), but maybe it's that bolt loosening a bit.
Have you ever adjusted yours?

Hey Roy, mine is loose on the right side. We could swap good for loose sides and then at least 1 of us could have a tight 430 loader! I tried tightening mine but had no luck. Just for your knowledge the bolts are 24 mm. I bought a wrench and socket. Broke the ratchet instead. Snap-on fixed it though.
