I have a wife like that too. She let me buy a M9 but I get the payment book. I'm not retired....yet. Have a big tractor payment. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Very merry Christmas! It may be your gift now but once she drives it, it is hers! You'll become the chain boy for pulling trees, or the maintenance kid, or the three point implement changer outer, etc ... All the while she sits in your nice comfy cab and supervises. Don't ask me how I know.

I promise you will love this tractor ... if she lets you use it.

Thats why you have to continously tell them that it is too dangerous, and you don't want them getting hurt operating the tractor, and then tell them the more you operate it the better you become at it so the safer and more productive..... yada yada.... maybe then they won't keep bugging us to try and drive it....

I guess thats the difference between farming and being a surburbanite having a tractor. My wife runs all the equipment not out of fun or enjoyment but necessity. For us, tractors are tools and implements are acessories to be used.
