Backhoe New 6500 4WD with 511 Backhoe + PTO Pump

Tim: Saw the pic of the rear of your 6500 w/hoe. Wondering where your 3pt arms are. I have a 6000 w/511 and I have to remove the link arms to the 3pt arms in order to make room for the hoe to sit in the frame on the tractor. Has that now been changed? Once I have the hoe in place, i then drop in two steel pins at the top frame mount. Hard to explain, but look forward to seeing your pics so I can compare how they mount up. You have a great set up, and the hoe is the best. I run mine off the tractor hyd, and it does fine. Yours must kick /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

When my tractor arrived the 3pt arms were off as well as the stabilizers and the drawbar. I had remembered people saying that only the stabilzers had to come off. I had a wooden box full of goodies in my FEL with my 3pt assembly in it. They said it went back on quick and that the instructions said to remove it. There is a special short drawbar to keep the pump from spinning. I haven't had the hoe off yet so I will be interested to see how it goes back together. I had them keep the frame mounts that they had to take off to put the hoe mount on so I could use them for weights or keep them in case I ever parted with the hoe /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. Won't happen though /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif.
