Mahindra 6500 4WD
Well I got it!!!! 6500 4wd, ML265 loader, skid steer quick attach, pallet forks, grill guard, engine block heater, and canopy.
Pretty excited about it.
Would love to post a picture, but don't know how to do that.
Any of you computer geniuses out there want to educate me on that one?

Looks great!

If you can't see that canopy, it means your computer has a fatal virus. But seriously, that picture was taken in the dealer's yard, and he hadn't put the Red TuffTop Canopy on it yet. you can bet it will when I am out in the fields with this machine.

Im not sure about the cost separately, as mine was part of the package price that included the tractor, the loader, and the skidsteer quick attach. We didnt price them out separately as this was the unit that was available at the dealer's yard.

Extremely dumb question here!!

What is a skidsteer?

attachment device that lets you change attachments at the front of the FEL very easily with just a turn of a handle. Allows you to switch to other implements on the FEL like pallet forks very quickly and easily

Awesome tractor! If I recall correctly (it's been a year or so), isn't the 6500 the largest in the "00" series? I think that is what I recall because I was seriously considering a 7010 cab unit when a friend of mine had a Mahindra franchise but the largest unit he had in stock was the 6500. I was not only impressed with it's fit, finish, strength, but also with the operating feel. Enjoy your new tractor!

I think it is the 2nd to the largest. The have a 7520 (75 hp) also, but a lot more $s. It is the largest of the '00 series. I am really happy with it and I got a great deal on it. Ive got a lot of projects planned for this one!

The 7520 is part of the 20 Series.

I guess I wrote it poorly. The 6500 is the largest of the 00 series is what I meant. the 20 series is more $s, and they go up to a 75 HP

*nodding* Yes, I agree with you there.. Oops.. not that you worded it poorly but the largest of the series and such... lol I was just going to say i agreed with you and stop, but realized it was ambiguous as to what I was agreeing to...

At least you have a decent range in that class. When I was looking at the cab models, I seem to recall that I could either buy a 45 hp (too small) or a 75 hp (a beast!) with nothing between. Is it the same way now?

Unfortunately that has not really changed. The only two cab models are from TYM in 45 an 70 HP.
