I realize I'm reviving on 4 year old thread, however I am about to perform the air ride conversion in a new-to-me L5740.
Pizzaguy or 4Shorts, do you recall the dimensions and metal thickness of the 3 plates required to level the seat mounting pan? I'd like to get these laser cut prior to removing the seat / seat pan from my tractor.
Also, I'm considering "marrying" the Pizzaguy's and 4short's approaches- utilize the Grammer MSG93 seat base (which I believe houses a self contained compressor) and mounting the factory seat to it. Do either of you guys see any reason this wouldn't work? Pizzaguy, do you know the min / max / operating heights of the Bostrom seat base that you used?
