Pulled the disk around tonight in the area that is going to be the riding arena - did a very good job working the dirt that hasn't been worked for a long time. Several passes was all it needed. Will probably paint the blade jd green to match better over the weekend.

Some folks may not agree with me but I think you did good getting both for $100. The disc looks like it has a broken disk but it can be replaced if you feel it is necessary. The main thing is will they do what you need. I would have gladly paid the money if I did not already have a disc and a blade.

Dearborn was one of the best disc makers around in my opinion. $50 for that is the better of the two deals, although the blade for $50 was a steal also.

I'm actually surprised you can pull those discs so well with that tractor as they are pretty large for a small CUT.

Good deal, be very happy you got them.

Yeah, $100 for the pair is a lot of use for little money. The blade looks fine. The disc is okay.........using for arena conditioning is one thing, but you won't get anything out of it for ground prep or fire prevention.
