Kubota L3200 HST
Hi All;

This past friday I took delivery of my new Kubota B3200HST.

All was going wonderfully. Spent Friday, Saturday and most of the day Sunday getting things done around the property.

Then... I turned a corner with my loader a little to high and over on the side I went.

After I got it back on all fours, the oil was puddled on the ground and noticed some transmission fluid on running down the side.

So my question is, other than the fluid levels. Any advice on what I should check before firing up the engine again?

You may want to check for enough counter weight before you use the FEL again.

Did you shut it off immediately when it went over or did it continue to run? You could have oil up in the aircleaner. I don't know if you will damage anything if fluild went where it wasn't suppose to. I'd wait to get the ok to crank it over. How did you get it uprighted? plowking

Turn it over a dozen times by hand to ensure no hydro lock.

Like plowking said, check your aircleaner and air path way for oil.

Check all fluid levels. (batt too says / )

All I can think of.

Plowking - Shut it off within a minute of going over. Funny thing is that the engine kept running for a few seconds after the key was removed.

I got it back over by attaching a line to my 4x4 truck and to the roll-bar on the tractor. Came right over with little effort.

Great, thanks. Not quite sure what you mean by turning it over by hand??

You want to make sure you've not got the motor cyls full of oil or fuel, that way when you go to crank you can lock up trying to compress the fluid and possibly damage internals, also, having aircleaner full of oil or fuel can make the motor spin fast as it will burn all that "fuel" as it sucks it in.

I'd be very careful prior to any start up.

Pull the injectors and then spin the motor by hand, that should help, actually if the injectors are pulled and you can turn of the fuel pump and then spin the motor even with the start that should go a long way towards cleaning things up.

There are others on this forum with more experience than me (no-practical) on this matter.

Lots of great advice so far.

However since this is the first tractor I have owned.. I am starting to think I may want to have my dealer pull into his shop and give it the once over. :(
