Ok I went out and I see what you're talking about way down at the bottom of the lift arms they go around the arm and the arms ride on them they are losing I can move them and they're a lot of slaking in the rodes going through them to the mower. I wish I know why my photos won't upload I just took photos of it all

You can either upload them direct to the website, or host them on a photo site and post the links.

There may be a certain post limit you have to make before TBN will allow you to post pictures.

This is the picture I was talking about.

But after your last post, it might be just a lock or height adjustment being overlooked.

I went out and there are u plats that go over the lift arms and the same shaft for the arms go through them. I have to say these are what lift the mower and there got to be a lock somewhere to keep the mower up going by the slake in the rods going from those arm under to the mower linkage

I'm not familiar with the new mmm's and such but,
years ago when a front or mid mounted or side mount was lifted by the rear lift
many times there was a latch or safety clip to hold the implement in a locked up position.

I think you are correct I went back out and looked under the tractor at all the linages and took pictures and on both sides, there are what looks like U-tab but I can't get under there enough to see everything they are going through to see if something they go through is solid and I didn't want to pull them with the 3pt in totally down. I believe this u-tab is going though both of those arms so it cant lower

While I was on here and in the Branson owners FB group asking about this I did send my Dealer JC Tractors and Restoration a message and spit it being Sunday and being closed he did just get back to me and stated "" There is a pin that locks the mower in transport, up position. This needs to be released"" I also want to put a big thank you out to my dealer for tsking the time on a Sunday to get back to me and verifies I need to pull that pin so the deck can move

Awesome. I had assumed it would be something easy to fix.
