Check the air pressure in the tires. Sometimes they come overinflated and they are like riding on rocks if they are.

Rec'd spring and it does not fit my BX2370-1. The hole spacing on spring is right front to back 10.5" but side to side is 6" to short. It's 10.5" and needs to be 16 1/2".Will call company Monday and talk to them about it..

Spring does not fit my BX2370-1. The holes are spaced at 10.5" front to back and side to side on spring. The spacing on the BX is 10.5" front to back and 16.5" side to side/wide. I'll call Company Monday and discuss with them.
