I had trouble with mine when I first had it. Now I change it three or four times a month, no sweat. You just have to play with it. The biggest tip, though: when you start getting mad, walk away.

Don’t know if you got shear pins/bolts or not for the blower. Might want to get a handful. Also, look at the instructions for replacing the shear pins before you have to replace a broken one.Just saying

Well I didn't have to call the dealer, a buddy of mine stopped over and we were frogging around with it and some how we figured it out, after that we put it on the right way and now it works great. :drink: Thanks for the help guys. I'm going to put some more pictures up to.

Xterra, were you able to back up over the deck with the deck subframe attached to the deck, or did you have to back over with it still on the tractor and then detach the subframe? How hard was the subframe to remove from the tractor? Obviously the whole point is to leave the subframe on the tractor to take full advantage of the drive over deck, but on days where you want max clearance or to use a skid plate, it’d be nice to be able to remove it.

The drive over deck is easy to put on, it is though different than my old 2350. Maybe it's different cause I have my quick hitch mount that stays on. The front deck mounting bar mounts to the front quick hitch with 2 pins on each side and there kind of a pain to get to. Other than that pretty easy. I was tired of switching my deck wheels and pushing deck out, way better driving over it!

Xterra, to be clear, looking at the photo of your mower deck above, are you aware that the orange subframe including the orange front piece that attaches near the front quick hitch, is supposed to stay on your tractor when you back off of the mower deck?

I am betting that they had the snow blower front hitch subframe mounted up for delivery purposes, so many toys for the BX, he might have to do what my neighbor did , he has 2 BXs

Yeah I think your right. I haven’t had it long enough to figure it all out yet. Some of those YouTube videos help out a lot. The place I bought it from didn’t do the greatest job of prepping it, they didn’t even grease the loader fittings, so I’ve been double checking everything can’t wait for spring!
