New BX23S Owner With Questions

Hello everyone,

I now have 72 hours on my BX23S. On my recent project I noticed a couple of things that I wanted to ask if I should contact the dealer for warranty work or if they are "normal" tractor things that you see with use.

1. My driver side loader lift cylinder has a small leak that appears to be from the seal. So small that I have not noticed any change in hydro oil level over 20 hours of use moving sand and mulch.
2. Both my front tires / wheels seem to be out of true. Not sure if that is the right term but when traveling down the road in high gear I can visibly see the tire and wheel are not running completely straight. My guess is about a 1/4 inch out of true. Is this normal? I have checked the lug torque and it is fine.

I would get the dealer to fix it.

The reason you aren't seeing any amounts of fluid going down is because of the quantity of fluid in the machine.

However, both should be fixed.

1. Get the seal replaced.
2. Get the front-end aligned.

Both of these should be an easy fix by the service dept.

Apologies for the delayed follow-up on this. I hauled my BX to the dealer and left it with them for nearly 2 months. They did replace the warped front wheel, after some back and forth with Kubota. Kubota was trying to say I damaged the wheel, even though there are no marks indicating damage anywhere. They also fixed the FEL cylinder leak. Thanks for the help and info on this forum!
