Dealer New Century Dealer on the Indiana/Michigan Line

I thought I would jump in and introduce myself to the Century/Branson group. My name is Jim Smous. My brother (Dan) and I have been Century dealers since mid-October, and have been quietly reading the forum for a number of months. I, like many others in this group, am impressed with these tractors. That sounds a little like saying "I like my kids", sorry for the biased opinion.

I appreciate the time that everyone puts into this forum. It was a big factor in our decision to carry Century. It has also helped a few of our customers decide to purchase.

What seems to be your most popular size selling up there in the frozen northland? Any front snowblade applications?

Welcome aboard. The more dealers century has the sooner more people discover what a work horse the century is and how solid it is. I know that my dealer is really sold on them.
The more people that I show my 3045 to, they all are really surprised in them. Every one around here think green,orange, and blue but RED is coming on once they look at them. Seems to be more interest in the 2535's and the 3045's.
Sold a few C76 backhoe's, and have had interest in the new C86.
The weather here has been pretty light. Not much interest in plows yet. Have ordered a set of loader blanks for one customer - maybe making his own plow. Have had a few requests for 3pt snow blowers.
