My B26 Kubota came with the horn button but no wiring or horn. I happened to have an automotive horn so I just mounted it in front of the radiator, ran the single wire from the switch to the horn (mounting bolt supplied the ground) and it worked great.
My LS came with horn, PTO activated light, parking brake light, 4 WD light (4 WD also activates automatically when the brakes are pressed), radio and front and rear windshield wiper and washer system. I know lots of cabs don't have wipers which are great to have. The only thing I haven't found on it that would be neat to have is a 12V power outlet.
It seems some of the more popular brands don't include amenities and other extras (like dual rear remotes for hydraulic & extendable lower links) like the less known brands but still cost as much or more

Wow, no horn, that's weird, but I guess a cost cutting measure to stay competitive.
As far as having the brakes on for 150', I seriously doubt any harm, and they're wet brakes inside the transmission, not dry drum/disk brakes anyway.
I would think the PTO light should be illuminated when the PTO is on, for safety, if nothing else. 4wd light, maybe not so much, but it would be nice to know it's active, vs. not.
online manuals, good luck- Kioti doesn't seem to see the need and according to one top selling dealer I talk to, the dealer's prefer selling the paperbound service manuals- they make money on them.
Seems ridiculous to me- it would be easy to burn CD's or make PDFs that could be updated, etc. easily and they could still make money selling them?!
This kind of backward thinking makes no sense to me. Kioti makes a great tractor lineup, but falls short on documentation access.

ALL vehicles have ALL lights light up when yo uturn the key/start up procedure - it's called a 'bulb check' and is normal.
As to why not all the lights work as the functions are used? Can't say...I test drove 3 tractors at the lot and all had pto and 4x4 lights working

Sure would be nice to have those lights lite up. I have already forgotten once that I had the brake set
The light doesn't help as much as you would think. Without a cab the cluster gets really dusty really fast (I'm in the desert) and I can't tell when the light is on.
You can easily feel the extra drag, though, so I rarely go more than a few feet with the brakes engaged.

Yep. Got my CK3510SE last weekend. If I'm moving on flat ground, and the engine is on the verge of stalling, that lets me know I left the brake on...
