Hello all. Just joined the forum and hope to learn about my first compact utility tractor purchase, a well cared for John Deere 4400. I grew up on a beef farm in Missouri and have spent lots of time around John Deere tractors and equipment, including 2240, 2030, 2840 and 2955 tractors. My Dad got me interested in antique tractors, and have a few that he and I collected over the years. Hopefully restoration of one or more can be a good retirement project, whenever that comes around!
