New disk harrow has no PTO shaft!

I just got a new disk for doing my food plots. Here is a picture of it:

It works great but apparently it came without a PTO shaft. I suppose it would work even better if it had a PTO shaft although I'm not sure how. I'm not even sure what you are supposed to hook the PTO shaft too but I'm sure it must fit somewhere because the disk has this sticker on the front end of it:

Very puzzling.

I'll bet someone else got a harrow with 2 PTO shafts and is thinking "what a lucky day"

Maybe it's one of those new-fangled hydraulic models. Any signs of hose connections? Could also be wireless I suppose. I'm sure one day they'll come out with a self-propelled disc rendering the tractor completely useless!

How well do the 3ph models work? I am considering one myself for food plots. My tiller is just to slow for what I am wanting to do.

I bought a Leinbach PHD recently, it came with a manaul for a disc harrow. You must have the manual and sticker for my PHD.

The disks work fantastic. They do take alot of horse power though. 5 HP per foot minimum. 7 would be better.

Could possibly be one that does not require a PTO to operate. I had an old one like that here on the farm. No PTO. Could have just been mis-labeled at the factory.

In fact, I've never seen one that does operate with PTO. They just function with their cutting discs which are adjustable for the desired affect on the soil. The 3 pt models are for those of us with smaller tractors. The large AG models require those big HP machines to pull. Most of those run multiple ground working implement, i.e. disc, possible a harrow, then a cultipacker.
