Looks great, now I want to demo one.
I like Komatsu a lot and have a few pieces.
Why did you pick them over Cat or Deere?
For me it was sales and service and reliability.

I have a friend thats a logger and bought a 31 and all the sweeps and screens for it but cheaped out on the rear radiator cover. He did the first job with it puttin in a new landing and log road. When he got done he was backing out of the way and was turning and a sapling he just skint over he sent it throught the radiator.

I really like the vision the 31 offers. I spent some time make a pad for my friends new shop. One od my friends works for a small gas line company and they have ordered 2 with a side boom kit and hybrid tracks.

I went with the komatsu over the deere when I compared apples to apples machines the komatsu saved me 24k plus they threw in an extended warranty package. Btw I did get the full forestry package Its supposed to come in today. I must admit im the one who wore the paint off the blade.

Someone asked why not Catipillar. Heres why I will never buy a new Cat. When I was first getting into the business, I went into 3 Cat dealers in Ms and never got to talk to a salesman. At the 3rd and last one I asked the lady @ the front desk, do you atleast have any literature on your dzrs I could look at. She replied by saying its in the big file cabinet on the wall in that back room, pointing me in that direction. I turned an walked out and will not go back.
