The sheet from the power company should be all you need, they are usually pretty complete. Follow the guide in purchasing and assembling the pole. Around our weekend places some Home Centers sell complete ready to go poles. Usually on a 16' treated 4x6 that is supposed to be burried 4'. 1/2" copper or 5/8" galvanized ground rod if I recall. Our local Coop will also run their lines 700 feet to your pole for free. This includes as many power poles as they need. Gets pricey after that, I think around $10 a foot. Here is mine when we were building the weekend place. Since this pic this pole has been use of 2 other projects.
Also when I put in the garage up there I needed to have a pole moved. I marked where I wanted it. During the week while I was gone they moved it and hooked me back up. All for free!
