Hi,
I am Greg from Nanaimo, BC.
My wife and I recently bought some rural acreage on Vancouver Island and it became apparent pretty quickthat I needed a tractor. (Iseki)
Love it, although I think I bought too small. Have been skidding some logs and it just doesnt have as much as I need. Wife is thrilled that I am talking about upgrading already. YIKES!
Looking forward to spending some time on this site.

Welcome to TBN! I have fond memories of my one visit to Nanaimo in our boat. Beautiful harbor. My wife is from VCR and her daughter still lives there so we cross the border frequently, but don't get over to the Island nearly enough.

Welcome! And here's a strange thing.... my "favorite" bike, now located in sunny New Hampshire, started it's life in Nanaimo, in 1982! Guess the dealer's not there any more. Sounds like a really neat place. (I had to look it up, never had heard of it....)

Hi,
Yes Nanaimo is great. Rains alot in the winter but never much snow. We even have palm trees here which is something people started to try growing and it worked.
Midland Performance is still in business! They actually sponsor a couple of national level motocross riders.
I am into bikes as well. 08 Harley Davidson Night Train and a 83 HD XL 1000 Sportster (wifes). We can pretty much ride year round.
