Here is our new addition to our '11 4520.

Used it for the first time today and it works really nicely! The hydraulic cylinder moves the blade nice and smoothly with the electro-hydraulic control & the blade can be offset up to 12" in either direction. Or can be turned 180 degrees to be used in reverse.

Got the i-match bushings for it for quick hookup & the skid shoes to help out in snow removal. It believe it is the perfect match for the 4520.

Looks good. Does the blade float for tilt? Or do you have to loosen the nuts on each side? Just thinking of a change in contour where the rear wheels are not on the same plane as the blade.

Looks good! See it got a fresh wash down too:thumbsup:

All you need now is a top and tilt for that thing and your set!

Thanks everyone! To get the blade to float, you just loosen 3 nuts which allow it follow the contour of the ground. Whenever we use the blade it is mainly leveling some gravel out where a lot of cars drive so I just leave the blade in the flat position. Seems to work great.

A top-n-tilt would be very nice for this setup! I wish we did enough blading to justify it - No big deal though, it works awesome for what we need it for!

It seems to be built heavy enough for our use too - It weighs right at 450 lbs. It is their medium duty series blade, which was the heaviest you could get for this tractor. I don't see it wearing out anytime soon.

Place for an owners manual. Theyre on all the new frontiers. Got one on a brush hog I got this year. Seems like a east of a couple bucks in plastic too me.

One headache at the dealers is to keep track of the equipment manuals for all the individual pieces.
This is a clever way to keep them together and dry if the lot is secure. Might use it as a small tool box too, but I agree a waste. It would come off if I owned it. ;)
