How about $780 before shipping and metal for coupler. About $950 and a few hours welding all together. I couldn't be happier with it. If you are calling 10" trees small it can pick up a pretty good size tree, if you take the limbs and stump off.

Swapping buckets is the best part. My little Yanmar has a hydraulic quick connect. It takes about 2 minutes. It takes longer to pop the two hydraulic lines than it does to drop the bucket and grab another.
