New Gravely Atlas JSV 3000 coming

We looked at the mule, wife actually really liked the smaller models but I wanted something with more payload capacity. The larger Mules have the convertable bed and had doors which make entry/exit a pain. We didn't like that so that removed it from our list.

We loved the impact our previous UTV had for us on the farm, it was used multiple times daily, I would anticipate the same now, we don't know how we got by without it before we had it.

What I saw was 57.7 x 40.5 for the Kubota?

Maybe a different model than I looked at. I probably didn't consider anything that had that short of a bed. The specs I looked at were for a Kubota RTV 900XT

That's the difference, the new RTV X 900 are the spec I had. Seems they took a step in the wrong direction to me.

Well I found the first thing I don't like. The beautiful rugged bed on the JSV doesn't have any holes on the corners for adding side extensions.

We got the winch and spray in bed liner added, now just waiting for the headache rack.

Well the headache/tool rack was finally delivered and I got it installed yesterday. 22 hours on the unit so far, been taking it pretty easy through the first 25 hours, today is probably the heaviest I've worked it by pulling the water wagon partially full today to haul some water to the horse water tank. The water wagon will carry 325 gallons of water but I only had about 200 in it.

Here are a couple shots of the multi-mount winch which hooks in the hitch mount on the front or rear of the unit. It is wired up to be easily connected in either place. I like the flexibility and if I wire up other vehicles with a standard 2" hitch I could easily use the winch on them.


Here are a couple of pictures of the bed with the spray in bed liner and the tool rack mounted.


Here are some shots of the dash, lots of little areas to put tools and stuff when you are working. Also the seat bottoms easily pull up and there are nice sized removable tubs under the seats for storing stuff in. very handy.


Several things I've seen on this now that have impressed me for their thought and attention to detail. First, a nice basic tool kit was included with the unit that will do many of the things that would need done in a pinch as well as a tire pressure gauge with a handy pouch to hold it all, fits nicely in the glove box in the dash.

Well several months in we are still VERY happy with our purchase. Love the HUGE bed for hauling things. Works great for pulling our water wagon, hauling hay daily, yard clean up etc. The 1500 lb hauling capacity in the bed and the 2000 lb towing capacity is great, I am thinking it will be very useful later this spring/summer with moving material (dirt/gravel) when I need to until I get my old spreader chain fixed and get the beater removed so I can use it to haul more at once.

Wow, nice machine. Didn't know we had so many dealers around here. Probably going to go peak in the near future.
