I'm George and new to the site, I just got a older Sears Surburban tractor (some where between 66-??) the previous owner wasn't sure what year. The grill is missing parts but from the pictures I've seen I beleive it's a 67. I got it as a winter project and so the final result would be a usable tractor. It has a 917.251351 blower that seems to work everything is free and moves. It would be a bonus if I could get the snowbower working this winter then do a complete teardown and repaint in the spring. The id plate by the shifter is worn and can't be read but there is 4434 stamped in. The engine is a Sears 143.622012 (Tecumseh HH120 according to charts I've found). The starter will turn the engine when jumped, it turns with some resistance that might be the compression stroke, but there is no spark.
I've found a few diagrams and will be trying to get the engine running.
So I am afraid I'll be asking more questions than giving answers.
