New Holland 1715 Pto issue

I have a new holland 1715 tractor and I can hook my spreaders up to my pto and it works for a couple of minutes but these it stops working but when I hook my bush hog to it it wont turn the blades or do anything its like the pto is slipping off and I need some help on what may be wrong

there is a overrunning coupler built inside the rear diff on the pto shaft it has most likely went out and to fix you have to split tractor and remove lift top and left axle housing

How much would that cost to fix and if I did it myself is it a difficult task to do?
