New Holland 1925

Hi all,

I have been reading this site and there is a lot of good information here. I currently have a Balarus 562 that I believe I will have sold this weekend. I really haven't had any problems with it but it is too large and awkward for want i want to do. I have 180 acres and i lease out the tillable acres to a neighbor farmer. I want to work in the timber to cut some wood and to make trails for deer hunting etc.

My neighbor has a New Holland 1925 with a FEL, brush hog (5 foot I think) and a rear blade. I would consider the tractor in good condition. What do you think would be a fair price for this package?

Do you mean a 1920? If so, the 1920 was one of the best models New Holland ever build. Used ones hold their value extra well.

Hi Wolfy,

It says 1925 on the hood and I googled that model and according to the info I found it is correct. They only made this model for 2 or three years. It is a 35 HP tractor made in 1998 or so.

Okay. I think the 1920 ended in 1998. The 1925 might have been the transition model to the TCs.

There is one 1925 with a loader listed on TractorHouse for $10,500 asking price at a dealer in Kentucky, with just over 2300 hours, 1998 model year. Hope that helps.
