This is my 1988 Ford 2810 with 452 hours now. Just took it to do food plots in Virginia and I think blew my best friend mind. He has a fairly new 40hp John Deere that runs his MX6 bush hog. Well my tractor only has 32hp but 100 torque and performed better than the higher horse Deere while using his hog. He ran my tractor at 16-1800 rpms and his at 2600 but was amazed at the power and how well the old Fords ride. Kudos for the old school approach. Love my Fords.
By the way his does beat the heck out of ya. Not sure why but maybe it's the light weight. Another friend of mine has a 50hp Kubota and complains also of how bad his rides.
