New Holland 555e front loader lift is weak

My bet is the 5mm rolled pin is sheared. Lift the joystick boot in the cab and check the pin that secures the linkage to the valve shaft. You can move the linkage but you'll see little shaft movement. I've replaced mine at least 5 times!
