If this has been discussed, please forgive and direct me to the thread, thanks in advance !
Purchased my '99 NH 555E recently with 6000 hours. All was well for the first 15 hours.
Now, the engine will not start unless I am deflecting one of the loader valves, up/down/bucket.... engine starts. Let off on the bucket control lever and engine is stalled by what sounds like the hydraulic pump deadheading.
I can keep it running by actuating the loader controls and raising the rpm's and the engine will continue to run even after letting off on the bucket controls but, the engine labors to continue to run. (While operating like this I loose steering hydraulics occasionally ....)
I am wondering what component would or could most likely cause this and where it is located ?
