HMMM! Sounds fishy to me we finance guys who have been thru bankruptcy all the time. With it not as far behind them as yours. Sounds like your dealer does not want to try very hard!!!
You know, there are two dealers in NC that TBN'ers have dealt with. Corriher's in Newton is one of them - they seem to have a good reputation and they are a TBN sponsor - have you tried them?

Corriher's is the one I asked. They said New holland credit will not finance anyone with a bankruptcy in there past, now in 5 years when it is completely erased I bet they will. I know a tractor is not a must have for people like a automobile but it doesnt make sense how I can buy any car or truck I want no problem. Especially the way they lose their value. Everybody talks about beacon scores mine is in the mid 600's the last I checked. And I know that is not that bad.

Called tarheel they said that they have seen some with a bankruotcy go through. Then she said some dont sounds like a 50 50 shot. But at least tarheel just didnt say they want do it. They said that the rate may be 1 to 2 points higher than regular. Talked to credit union they will do it but it is considered a personnel loan and its at 10.75% . Do not want that so I guess I'll go ahead if the wife agrees and try New holland.
I appreciate everyones input on this subject and all there help this is truly a excellent website.
