new holland l865 error code F OA or F 0A

Was running my skid steer this morning and ran into an issue. My pedals for the bucket became stiff and the error code above posted on the display above on the dash. I can start the skid steer as normal and drive it but unable to use the pedals to raise and or lower the bucket. Thanks for any feedback
